The British Pound tumbled to a low of 1.6326 during the overnight trade as the economic docket reinforced a weakened outlook for future growth, and fears of a protracted recovery in the U.K. may continue to drag on the exchange rate as investors weigh the prospects for monetary policy going forward. Meanwhile, Moody's Investor Services said that the U.S. and U.K. could "test the Aaa boundaries" following the expansion in fiscal policy, and went onto say Great Britain is currently facing an "inexorable deterioration of debt affordability" as the government faces its biggest budget deficit since the post-war period.
A survey by the British Retail Consortium showed household spending rose at a slower pace in November, with the index expanding at an annual pace of 1.8% from the previous year after rising 3.8% in the previous month, while a separate report by Halifax showed home prices increased 1.4% in November amid expectations for a 0.6% rise. However, industrial and manufacturing outputs in the U.K. unexpectedly held flat in October after growing a revised 1.3% and 1.5% during the previous month, and businesses may keep a lid on production and employment throughout the first half of the following year as policy makers continue to see a risk for a protracted recovery. At the same time, the Confederation of British Industry's monthly survey showed the gauge for total orders increased to -42 in December from -45 in the previous month, while the measure of expected outputs slipped to -7 from 4 in November, and the data reinforces a dour outlook for future growth as global trade conditions remain subdued. Nevertheless, as the GBP/USD maintains the broad from the previous month, we are likely to see the pair continue to trend sideways ahead of the Bank of England rate decision on Thursday as investors weigh the outlook for future policy.
The Euro bounced back against the greenback to reach a high of 1.4868 during the overnight trade, but failed to maintain its footing as economic activity unexpectedly weakened in the region. Industrial production in Germany tumbled 1.8% in October despite forecasts for a 1.0% rise, while the annualized rate slipped 12.4% from the previous year after falling a revised 12.6% in the previous month. The breakdown of the report showed construction weakened 2.4% after falling 2.7% in September, while energy outputs plunged 3.4% during the month to lead the decline, and conditions are likely to remain weak going into the following year as businesses face tightening credit conditions paired with fading demands from home and abroad.
The U.S. dollar strengthened during the overnight session as investors scaled back their appetite for higher-yielding currencies, and the greenback may continue to strengthen going into the North American trade as equity futures foreshadow a lower open for the U.S. market. Meanwhile, the National Federation of Independent Business small business optimism survey is scheduled to cross the wires at 12:30, and the data could move the currency market ahead of the U.S. trade as investors weigh the outlook for future growth, while the IBD/TIPP economic optimism index is forecasted to increase to 48.8 in December from 47.9 in the previous month as the economy emerges from the worst recession since the Great Depression. Nevertheless, the Bank of Canada is scheduled to release its policy statement at 14:00 GMT, and the central bank is widely anticipated to hold the benchmark interest rate at the record-low of 0.25% in order to encourage a sustainable recovery however, hawkish commentary following the rate decision could drive the USD/CAD lower as policy makers hold an improved outlook for growth and inflation.

ii) On 9 October 2009, due to complete power blackout in Mogadishu,

between 11 GMT to 12GMT. However this was first occasion since start of
our online investment services where we were not able to process
withdrawals for 95% of investors between 4 GMT to 6 GMT.
iii) We love to make our program better. Everyday and in every way. So,
from now onwards, 100% of the withdrawals will be processed between 4 GMT
to 6 GMT. Thus unlike our all competitors, you don't wait for 24 hours or

Asian Markets: Shares lower as JAL plunges again on fears of bankruptcy
In Asia today, Japan's Nikkei Index closed at 10, 258 – up 0.2 percent. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index lost 0.3 percent, ending the day at 21,930, and China's Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.1 percent to 2,977.
Japan's worst-performing stock was Japan Airlines Corp. (JALSY), which plunged 11 percent for a second day in a row. Reports surfaced that the airline will abandon plans to raise cash by selling part of its JALways Co., and investors began toying with the idea of bankruptcy for the beleaguered airline. The company is begging creditors for 600 billion yen ($6.6 billion) in financial assistance, including debt relief of about 300 billion yen ($3.3 billion), according to a Reuters report. A government committee is overseeing the airline's efforts to right itself, but so far has rejected plans, including a proposal to cut operating costs by 30 percent by eliminating 6,800 jobs and 50 flying routes.
The specter of a JAL bankruptcy sent JAL creditors' shares tumbling. Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc. (MTU) fell 3.1 percent. Mizuho Financial Group (MFG) slid 2.3 percent and Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group Inc. (SMFJY) dropped 1.9 percent.
On a more positive note, Japan's Fast Retailing Co. (FRCOY) continued its climb, adding 5.5 percent. Its Uniqlo stores are gaining in popularity by the day as outlets in Europe gain an ever more chic clientele.
In China, banks performed badly as investors anticipate an increase in write-offs, as called for by banking regulators. Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd. and China Construction Bank Corp. (CICHY) both slid 1.2 percent.
Airlines in China were also on the decline with Hainan Airlines Co. sinking 1.9 percent and China Southern Airlines Co. (ZNH) dropping 1.1 percent.
Chinese shares on the rise included building equipment maker XCMG Construction Machinery Co., which surged 8.3 percent, coal producer Pingdingshan Coal, which surged 4.5 percent, and property developer Beijing Huaye Realestate Co., which increased 5.1 percent.
In Hong Kong, banking shares mirrored their Chinese counterparts: Bank of China Ltd. (BACHY), slid 1.8 percent, Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd., lost 1.6 percent and China Construction Bank Corp. (IDCBY) dropped 1.2 percent.
Retailer China Resources Enterprise Ltd. surged on the news that it may be bought out by partner Esprit Holdings Ltd. (ESHDY). China Resources rose 3.6 percent and Esprit, which has shops all over Hong Kong including a location in the upscale Pacific Place mall, ended the day up 1 percent. Perhaps Asia's obsession with fashion will be the key to it's financial recovery.

Gainroi Reviewed By Money-News-Online Blog ( Paul )
Hi everyone! As promised yesterday I’m going to be taking a look at perhaps the best of the recent crop of short term HYIP programs to emerge recently. It’s called GainRoi and despite a recent setback it still remains one of the most promising options for those looking for a fast return.
What was the setback? Well I usually don’t like to start on such a sour note but as I guess many of you guys will have been following the fortunes of this one online over the last number of days you may well be aware of the current situation surrounding GainRoi and their account with the AlertPay payment processor. So let’s just get this bit out of the way before proceeding.
Basically, AlertPay have decided to carry out an audit of GainRoi’s account. Ok. That much is fine. Not in the least bit suspicious by itself, or even unusual. In fact they do it all the time to seemingly random clients. I was even checked out myself. In this case however, AlertPay have informed the admin of GainRoi that this audit could last anything up to 60 (sixty!) days! During that time GainRoi will be unable to make full use of their account so the only possible option left open to them is to drop AlertPay completely and refund those who already joined through them. At the time of writing the GainRoi admin has informed me that 98% of AlertPay customers have since been refunded in full with just four members remaining. These four members have been given a choice as to what payment processor they would like to receive their refund to, but as yet the GainRoi admin is still waiting for them to reply. And incidentally, this has been independently verified on the main investment forums.
Now while I accept that AlertPay has every right, even a legal obligation, to monitor and question certain transactions, sixty days is simply unacceptable. Especially for a program online for just five days, and AlertPay was only accepted for three of them! It’s a very poor reflection on them as a service provider, despite them remaining the clear favorite payment processor among MNO readers according to the poll I am currently running (don’t forget to vote!).
While this certainly isn’t some kind of crushing “death blow” for GainRoi, it is undoubtedly a setback. But a setback from which they will recover, even if it still puts a certain obstacle in their way if not actually preventing them from reaching their full potential which should otherwise have been huge.
So now that that’s out of the way, let’s talk about the plans. They are quite reasonable, affordable to the majority, and if managed in the right hands quite sustainable for a couple of months. Longer than the average high ROI short term program anyway. The first one is the Beginners Plan and you can join it for as little as $5. In return you will receive a once off payment on expiry of 120% of your principal which is already included. The investment term itself runs for 10 days. It couldn’t be simpler really. Let’s say you invest $100. 10 days later you will get back $120.
The next one if the Professional Plan and despite the extra risk involved it’s still quite affordable. $50 in fact is what it will cost you to join and the return will be 150%, paid on expiry and already counting your principal. The plan runs for 20 days. So invest $100 here and get $150 on expiry. Not bad, eh?
And finally the third option. The so called Special Plan runs for a term of 30 days and if you join this GainRoi offers to pay 200% on expiry. Or in other words, to double your money. The minimum spend this time goes up to $100 and if this is what you invest then you can expect to receive $200 from your payout made 30 days later.
A couple of other points I need to bring to your attention is first of all you may have noticed that I did not mention the maximum amounts you may invest. That is because in all three plans it is the same figure of $28,000. For the majority of us then that effectively means there is no real maximum. Then of course there is the thorny subject of payment processors. The amended list now consists of LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay, and StrictPay. Even without AlertPay, popular and all as it is, I think we can still agree that the list of payment options is still far superior to what’s on offer from most other programs.
What’s also better than your average HYIP is the security and design. To start with they are hosted on a dedicated server supplied by the always excellent DdoSWiz, and they run off a licensed script from GoldCoders. No less than five mirror sites are also in place so the chances of any serious downtime would be slim. A crisp and professional design and layout makes it easy to navigate and user friendly throughout.
Most of the practical questions you might have are already explained in the extensive FAQ list but for more a more personal approach the level of customer support and communication up until now has been as good as I have seen anywhere. There is the usual online e-mail ticketing system of course which seems to get answered in double quick time, but there is more. Live Chat is also provided by GainRoi but with a difference. Finally we see an online investment program that offers Live Support on an almost (but not quite) 24 hour basis. Ok, so I’m not online all day long myself to personally vouch for that but every time I checked them either in the morning, evening, or night they always seem to be available.
Overall there does seem to be a fresh approach here and a good deal of forward thinking and planning. For instance we are already promised weekly promotional contests to keep the program in the headlines and to drum up a bit of interest. And in retrospect I must admit I was quite impressed by the manner in which the admin handled that whole unfortunate business with AlertPay. He skillfully and deftly took what would have been a crisis for most programs and turned it into what will be remembered as a minor inconvenience when the history of GainRoi comes to be written.
Ultimately my own high hopes for GainRoi were only moderately dampened by that incident. I still believe GainRoi can overtake the majority of its competitors, although they may now take a bit longer to do it.
Just one other thing to remind you of and it’s strictly for the newbies who haven’t quite got this one figured yet. High yield means high risk, and to the admin’s eternal credit he has been totally up front about this from day one. There is simply no way to profit from these games without taking a gamble. Be aware of it, but don’t be afraid of it. Go into it with your eyes open and enjoy it. However I believe GainRoi is the product of a lot of research and planning, and in HYIP terms I think we are dealing with one of the best pros around. If you want to take full advantage of this, then join early and maximize your earnings.
